Home to a very impressive cathedral, one of the few buildings in Cologne to have survived WWII. I climbed the 533 steps to the bell tower, window shopped in the old town, visited an extremely well preserved Gestapo prison (El-De Haus), the home of the Eau de Cologne and a chocolate museum.
