Just Don't Mention the War

"Paris will always be Paris but Berlin is still becoming Berlin."
Berlin was an amazing place to be. The way it has grown and has changed and how it's still changing. Some areas of Berlin in five years might be completely unrecognisable. These photos are of main touristy and historical sights.
The Memorial to the Murdered Jews:
Location of the Gestapo and SS headquarters where the decision was made to not build anything but leave the site as a reminder of such:

The location of Hitler's Bunker (right underneath the tourists) again it was decided that it should not to be made into any kind of memorial by both the East and West:
Museum Island and the church on the island, everything is of course recently rebuilt but the statues on the church are the originals as the Nazis themselves kept them safe during the war:
Checkpoint Charlie, not at all the original or even close to the original but the sign's frame I believe is the original:
